These machines, sometimes referred to as cattle brushes or cattle mops, apply a small amount of a special liquid (pesticide) to your cattle's coats to repel insects like face flies, ticks and lice. They also have the added benefit of grooming excess hair and dead skin.
Clearfab’s design for cattle oilers aligns perfectly with our core ideals of durability and efficiency. Featuring few or no moving parts, these solid welded units come fully assembled at the time of purchase, ensuring immediate usability. The oiler is supported by robust 8-foot wide, 14-foot long legs made from 2.875-inch pipe, which are slightly bent to increase ground stability by digging in and minimizing unwanted movement. At the center, a heavy-duty 5.5-inch thick wall mast enhances overall weight and steadiness, providing exceptional durability. Mounted atop this sturdy frame is our precisely welded 4 x 4 square tubing multi-head, forming a reliable feeding structure. The plastic liquid tank sits securely at the highest point, firmly held in place by two aluminum straps for added safety. It features a gravity-fed double wick system crafted from high-quality Manila rope, complemented by our removable 45-pound dry mineral feeder for added convenience.
The entire unit undergoes a thorough white blast cleaning process, followed by priming and finished with our signature red Endura top coat, ensuring long-lasting protection and a sleek, professional appearance.
